If you wish to obtain an invoice of your purchase on Telsify, you just have to contact our customer service, our advisers will send you this invoice. To contact our customer service you can send us an email at [email protected] or call us at +44 204 5716 097.

For the moment it is only possible to pay by credit card but we are working on adding new payment methods on Telsify. When these are available we will notify you.

When you send your fax, we will send you an email confirming that it has been sent. If you do not receive an email after sending your fax, please contact our customer service.

To terminate your Telsify membership nothing could be easier, just go to our cancellation page and enter the email address used when you registered to Telsify. The cancellation of your Telsify membership is completely free and unconditional, meaning that you can end your Telsify membership whenever you want!
